This makes them a long-lasting alternative to both wood and steel.

Like all Trimlite fiberglass doors, smooth models also benefit from full-length composite top and bottom rails and stiles on all six sides, which prevent water infiltration and potential rotting or warping. They also include an extra-wide full-length LVL lock block for enhanced strength, stability, and security, allowing for multipoint hardware installation. The 100% CFC-free polyurethane foam core provides superior insulation compared to wood and improved soundproofing.
